Ukrianian Alexandr Dolgopolov is the son of two famous Ukraine athletes -- Oleksandar, a former ATP pro and Elena, a former gymnast who earned gold and silver medals at the European Championships. He began playing tennis at the age of three. Has a passion for rally and race cars. Began playing tennis at the age of three and has a younger sister named Maria. Speaks both English and Russian and has a part-time job/passion of making Internet video games. His favorite surface is clay and he lsits his father as the most inspirational person in his life.
