Ranked 63rd in the world in singles and 62nd in doubles to end the 2010 season, Uruguay's Pablo Cuevas has one Grand Slam title to his credit, the 2008 French Open men's doubles title.
In 2009, Cuevas broke through into the Top 50 on the ATP singles tour, finishing the year at No. 50.
He started the year ranked 143rd, but started the year by reaching the semifinals of Vina del Mar.
Later in the year, he reached the second round of Wimbledon for the first time, then the semifinals at Hamburg.
