Novak Djokovic tells reporters that he will need take an indefinite period of time away from the court after his loss to Roger Federer in the Monte-Carlo Rolex Masters on Saturday.
The Serb began playing the tournament with kineseo tape on the lower portion of his right arm, but after Friday's grueling three-set battle with Guillermo Garcia-Lopez, he wore a full sleeve of strapping on the arm against Roger Federer.


Roger Federer told press in Monte-Carlo that he had the feeling that Djokovic was not at 100 percent during the match:
