2020 US Open men’s singles champion Dominic Thiem will lead this year’s men’s wild card recipients at this year’s US Open.

The Austrian, a former World No.3 that is currently ranked 228 after missing nine months with wrist and hand injuries late last year and early this year, joins Americans Sam Querrey, Emilio Nava, JJ Wolf, Ben Shelton and Learner Tien on the list.

Shelton, who won his first Masters 1000 match on Tuesday at Cincinnati, is this year’s NCAA men’s singles champion, while Tien won the Boys 18 singles event at Kalamazoo.

France’s Ugo Humbert and Australian Rinky Hijikata, as part of reciprocal agreements.
