Bouchard’s team will be headed by Serena Williams' agent, Jill Smoller.

Bouchard, who let her contract with Lagerdere expire this year, has also been signed by IMG Models, and hopes to use the duel-pronged approach to facilitate her global branding. IMG Models represents supermodels such as Gisele Bundchen and several “Angels” in the recent Victoria’s Secret fashion show.

“I am really excited about joining WME-IMG, a company that is in the best possible position to help me achieve my business goals and maximize the value of my brand," Bouchard said in a statement, the Toronto Globe and Mail reported.

Bouchard, currently No. 7 in the world, had a breakout season that saw her reach the last four of the season’s first three Grand Slams, including the Wimbledon final.
