Joe Salisbury made the most of his first career Wimbledon appearance despite the first-round mixed doubles loss to Neal Skupski and Anna Smith. The London native went over the side barrier and into the crowd to retrieve this reverse-handed smash off the racquet of Skupski.

The best part of the point is that Salisbury doesn’t leave his partner, Katy Dunne, hanging. He rushes back onto the playing surface, avoiding the stoic linesman, before executing the put-away volley that won the point.
