Lucas Pouille will say no to New York.
Loïc Courteau, Pouille's coach, says the 58th-ranked Frenchman will skip the US Open, which is set to start on August 31st.

"I am not going to New York for the reason that Lucas will not be playing the tournament," Courteau told beIn Sports.
In 2016, Pouille upset Roberto Bautista Agut and Rafael Nadal in succession to reach the US Open quarterfinals where he lost to compatriot Gael Monfils.
The 26-year-old Frenchman has been pained by a right elbow injury and is opting to skip next month's North American hard-court season.
Pouille has reached the round of 16 or better in two of his last four Flushing Meadows appearances.
