Two-time Wimbledon winner Petra Kvitova enjoys strawberries and cream, reigning champion Novak Djokovic dines on blades of grass, Serena Williams turns her backyard into a showcase for her serve and changeover mood and Pat Cash re-imagines his famed climb to the support box.
