At the Paris Masters he is showing no sign of stopping. Schwartzman eased past Viktor Troicki, 6-3, 6-4, and made the Serb look small in the process.

Schwartzman will try to make American John Isner look small when they meet in the second round.

Other early winners on Tuesday in Paris were Kyle Edmund, who defeated Evgeny Donskoy in three, Joao Sousa, who slide past Paolo Lorenzi in straihts, and Pablo Cuevas, who snapped a 10-match losing streak by defeating Karen Khachanov.
