Hall of Famer John McEnroe has envisioned the end of the famed Fedal Era coming sooner than we think.

McEnroe, who captains Team World against two-time Laver Cup champions Team Europe, led by Federer and Nadal, joked the rivals reign may just end "when we whip their asses."

"At some point they're going to stop, I think," McEnroe told the media in Geneva. "Maybe after this weekend. They may just call it a day when we just whip their asses.
"Wouldn't that be incredible? That would be a surprising story. We'd like to be part of that."
