Donald Young Gives Middle Finger To the USTA

Donald Young goes nuts on twitter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just now I looked at Tennis Now's facebook and saw that Donald Young had tweeted out,

Fuck USTA!! Their full of shit! They have screwed me for the last time! #enoughsaid

Then proceeded to write

that tweet was out of character. ive never been like that before. but im tired of it. sry about the language, but not the thought behind it.

Then ERASED his entire twitter account. YIKES!!!!!!!!!!!!! What's going on? I assure you that I am looking into it and will update you shortly on the cause.

Shortly after some other tennis stars tweeted

Unbelievable

I think Twitter could be very dangerous for all the stars without that filter HOWEVER it shows how real it is. Nothing is more boring than people who have those accounts and dummies giving unpersonal updates.

	Donald Young has received more wild cards from the USTA than any other person. He's has had no childhood no education and he has been protected from the real world...he's a mess...

	What Donald needs to do is camp out in Europe/Asia and play all the Challenger and qualifier tournaments for two reasons. Foremost, to break away from USTA and establish himself as an international competitor. Secondly, there he will mature, become hardened and self reliant which will propel his ranking. Also, he needs an international coach. Good luck Donald!

	Typical spoiled American. Attitude, not talent is why American tennis is doomed. Perfect example here. It is always someone elses fault. Babies can't win championships, only men--America is fresh out.

	From someone who knows him. USTA did not give him wild cards he earned then, never has anyone done what he has in the Junior Tennis and YES he should get the wild cards. And no his parents. How would you handle things if everytime you look up you see players ranked 400 to 800 getting help and you ranked 98 get no help, Sounds like to me different people get treated differently. Donald keep your head up and keep playing your game because NO ONE has done what you have done for the US Junior Tennis and don't think they will ever

	The idea that Donald Young has not gotten any help from the USTA or anyone else (ahem, Nike) is garbage. He has been coddled forever and that is well-documented. I'm watching NBA pre-game coverage, and Charles Barkley spoke about JR Smith, noting that people are going to say "when he grows up and gets it, he'll be a great player." You could say the same thing about Young.

	I've read the blog, and what puzzles me is that, this is not a typical or normal behavior from Donald. So, what happened that caused him to have such an outburst. Throughout his career, this is not a pattern or the norm, so, again, what pushed him to that point? He has been as high as the top 70s in the world, and currently in the top 100, so why shouldn't he be given a wild card? Oh, I see no one mentioned the fact that he just won the Tallahhssee Challenger, beating many former top 20 players: Blake and Rainer Schuettler. Donald, keep your head up, and let your racquet do all the talking for you.. Remember what Steve Harvey said, "if you don't have any hates, then you aren't doing anything." Keep winning the challengers and moving that ranking upward.....

	All right. He was very good at juniors. But now he is a professional and has to go on his own. As a player I know he got lots of help from US and nike to play. But now he has to grow up and play hard tennis in order to move up on rankings. He is acting like a spoiled kid that got his ball taken away by another kid. Go play the clay court season in Europe and get himself in the main draw of big tournaments. Playing challenger and US tournament is not going to make any american player any good with exception of Andy. Most top 100 players are in Europe- where are the Americans? Ha- forgot they don't have Hooters in Europe!!!!

	Look, the guy has talent. U S tennis is in a great deal of trouble finding young talent. The William sisters is it and they are getting older. Mardy Fish has reach his limits. Andy Roddick is no more. And there are no more Mcenroes or Connors knocking on the door. If this kid is the best junior that we have produced then someone needs to step up and sponsor him and get him some coaching. I know that there are parents but if they want the best for him then they will not stand in his way of improving. Therefore, the logic is clear, if he is as promising as he appears, someone with money should step up and show some support for american tennis. God knows we need him.
