William's Mom Oracene Talks Obscene About Kim Clijsters
This brings me back to the day of catty soccer and PTA moms! :(
With Serena Williams out and Venus Williams injured in an early round, you would think that Oracene Price(their mom & coach) would have left the Australian Open and her thoughts about it to herself when Venus fell out of the draw(considering she has referred to tennis as boring and snooze-worthy in the past). But she hit a nerve or two with some nasty messages about Australian Open champion, Kim Clijsters prior to the final via none other than the new Celeb's voice, Twitter. I wonder why she is on Twitter at all... and you would think with her daughter's rep. as of late that she would try to not draw unnecessary attention.

The Part Where She Runs Her Mouth

She first acted non-nonchalant and took the time to tweet in poor English- "Will some one tweet me who is in the final on the women side?" I wanted to say, um, you took the time to log onto Twitter surely you can check the livescores, draws, or articles on every tennis site that exists but whatever. Maybe she was being sarcastic because the following tweets were anything but said out of genuine curiosity.

Then she went on to say she was was hoping Na Li would pull through saying, "Thank you. I hope Na is not to nervous to kick some butt." And then confusedly referred to her vision,"I agree is would be cool for a Chinese to win. I like first timers. Also I don't want My vision blurred! That thought made me LOL!!"

She clarified the vision issue and had the cojones to say about Kim Clijsters: "Lets say I'm not pulling for the other one. I dislike dubious people." She can't use proper spelling or grammar, which is common on twitter but her errors were not intentional, but then throws the dubious word, dubious. Dubious can mean different things like unsure, debatable, or untrustworthy. I wonder which she meant.

She started referring to Kim's looks which were simply untrue, "Did you peep that eye of hers It gives you the Madusah scare and turns you into solid stone. Don't look at that eye." I figure she is referring to Medusa, the lady with the snakes for hair who is famous for being ugly. All I can say is Oracene, why don't you take a look in the mirror before judging others' looks?

The Part Where She Tries To Clarify

She started to piss people off, understandably.

@nickkasem confronted her saying back, "u dont like clijsters because she beat the f*** out of venus &serena, right? lol ;D" Which she replied back, "I don't dislike her. Not a ll just being stupid."
He didn't let her off the hook saying, "taking shots at Clijsters for no apparent reason is the definition of classless" Then she started to fully back track replaying, "You're right. I Was joking. I forget how it sound written in text. It is the definition of classless." She insisted it was a joke, "Don't care what you say about me. It was a joke stemming from a match with facial expressing on court when she was playing." I can agree that Clijsters does have an intense face on court.

To another person who confronts her, "Not enough space to fully explain what I meant. Had to do with me watching a certain match an joking about it." To another, "Wasn't dissing Kim. She does thing on court that I been trying to get my girls to do. She gets it."

Um... Oracene you just called her dubious and a Medusa look alike-I don't think you respect her and if it was a joke it wasn't funny- you have been caught talking s*** and you posted with ink when you wrote that on twitter. There is really nothing she can deny or take back at this point.

The Part Where Racism Is Brought In

Oracene ended it saying to a tweeter claiming she is racist, "Don't play the race card. I deal with it everyday. You don't. And congrats. I knew she and Li would."

She hasn't tweeted since the infamous tweet on January 28th.

Is it just me looking too much into this? What are your thoughts on the matter? Was Oracene being mean? Is she a victim to twitter misunderstandings? When she claimed that she wasn't dissing but joking, do you think she was being real? Let me know in the comments section.

Jelena Jankovic As Sperm Bank Spectacle
Reads, "Spermbank - Please make a donation here"
Poor Jelena Jankovic..... SO the story goes that Germany's "Modern Times" supposedly used this rather rude photo of JJ on a post card advertising a sperm bank in Switzerland without her knowledge/permission, claiming they didn't know it was her. The postcard was being sold for two francs. After the scandal broke, the publication was revoked from the Swiss stands and the executive director of the "Modern Times" Andreas Mamerov said(roughly according to dictionary.com's translator),  " None of us knew that the picture Miss Jankovic. We are very sorry for any inconvenience it created, and we apologize for any mistakes." Originally, he said that he thought he got lucky finding the shot but what I want to know is how they ever got the right to use this photo whether is was of Jelena or not. Is that legal? I'm pretty sure that would not be allowed in the USA for commercial gain but WHO knows.

After seeing JJ as the official ambassador for Orbit's gum, I thought everything was looking good for her despite her injuries and poor performance on court but I am sure this has set her a couple steps back. I am curious to see what her reaction is to the issue and if some lawsuits will take place. I read many peoples comments to the breaking story implying that this was an anti-Serbian effort taking place. What do you think? Is it really a case of mistaken identity.

In the end, I'm not going to lie and say this brought me into a fit of laughter but I feel for JJ because that picture and implication is a cruel and unusual joke. And.... I don't mean to sound crude but HOW in the world did they think that picture would make people want to donate.
