So by now, I am sure that you all know that Rafael Nadal won the Laureus Sportsman of the Year award. He competed against Manny Pacquiao, Andres Iniesta, Kobe Bryant, Lionel Messi and Sebastian Vettel for the award and rightly won it with his obvious poise and humility.  But what's an award without an honorary ping pong match against American actor Kevin Spacey, who was the show's host. Spacey remained confident and tried to throw curve balls at Nadal by mentioning Federer and such. Spacey has been seen gracing the tennis courts before when he watched the finals of the ATP World Tour finals last year.

As per usual, Nadal shows his good humor and jokes back- making me fall in love with him more. Nadal is a shy guy but is always up for a giggle and is not afraid to make fun of himself. I always wonder how he feels about the little gags that he is apart of especially with English as a second language.
