Evaluations
Are there any coaches who do player evaluations? If so are the positive or negative for the players progression?

My high school coach gave us player evals once. I think it was positive. Even though some of the criticism was negative, it really put some of us in our place and made us practice harder and bond as a team better. It's all about constructive criticism.
