If so, did you enjoy the learning experience of both the on-court and off-court examination? Please, share with us your experiences and let us know where you think improvement can be made. Tennis Now Comment: How does a professional player on the ATP or WTA tour go from number 500 in the world to top 50? Well, it isn't as difficult as one would think, because the process is simply a shift in perspective coupled with changing the pathway of the player by examining daily routines and re-creating a blueprint that aligns with the players truest potential both mentally and physically.

Tennis Now Comment: We believe that coaches spend entirely too much time breaking down the game of the player (i.e., bio-mechanically) and don't focus enough on the internal mechanisms that drives the players motivation, understanding and awareness. In this sense, you can potentially be building a player from the outside-in and that is very counter-productive for the success of the player and coach!
