Andrea Petkovic isn’t done with her 2014 season quite yet—she still has the Fed Cup final this weekend against the Czechs—but the 27-year-old appears to be finishing on a high note after claiming her third title of 2014 with a win over Flavia Pennetta in the WTA Tournament of Champions final, 1-6, 6-4, 6-3.

Petkovic rallied from a shaky first set to win the tense affair in two hours and 11 minutes over the Italian, joining Serena Williams (7), Maria Sharapova (4), Ana Ivanovic (4) and Petra Kvitova (3) as one of five players to have earned three or more titles on the WTA Tour this season.

After being broken in her first two service games and again in the final game of the opening set, Petkovic turned the tides on the feisty Italian, breaking in the first game of the second set and then rebounding from a 2-0 hole in the final set, reeling off six of the final seven games to claim the crown.
