Urszula Radwanska and Lesia Tsurenko each advanced on Saturday to set up an unlikely final in Istanbul.

Agnieszka Radwanska's wishes came true on Saturday, as her kid sister broke through to reach her first WTA final since 2012. Agnieszka, the more accomplished sister took to Twitter to rally behind her sister on Friday:


And Urszula Radwanska came through on Saturday, battling past Magdalena Rybarikova, 6-4, 4-6, 6-3, to reach her first final since 2012.

The 24-year-old broke serve seven times in 19 opportunities to win for the second time in five career matches with Rybarikova.

In the other semifinal, Ukranian Lesia Tsurenko reached her maiden final with a 6-4, 6-2 takedown of Belgian Kirsten Flipkens. Since dropping the second set of her first-round match with Daria Gavrilova, Tsurenko has won seven straight sets in Istanbul.

The pair have never met at the WTA level, though Radwanska did defeat Tsurenko, 6-2, 1-0 RET in qualification at Doha in 2012.
