The draw has revealed that Novak Djokovic and Roger Federer will battle it out for supremacy in the “Stan Smith” Group at this year’s ATP Finals.


Along with Federer and Djokovic, Kei Nishikori and Tomas Berdych will complete the group. In the “Ilie Nastase” Group, Rafael Nadal, Stan Wawrinka, Andy Murray and David Ferrer will contest.

After players face each other once in round-robin competition in London, the top two from each group will qualify for the semifinals.

Djokovic will bid to become the first player to win four consecutive titles at the year-end event, while Federer will bid for his record seventh title. Federer and Djokovic are the only former singles champions in the field. The only other players to have won the title since Federer’s first title in 2003 are David Nalbandian (2005) and Nikolay Davydenko (2009)

The Doubles groups were also drawn on Thursday in London. Below are the group pairings :
