Here’s what’s Happening around the tennis world on Wednesday, February 10:

Video: Dustin Brown is blowing up the internet again. It's pretty much what he does....

Bodo on Federer: Peter Bodo tries to make sense of Roger Federer’s recent knee surgery, and wonders about what this setback might mean for Fed;s career arc. As in: When will he play again?

“Federer himself has done nothing to clear up the confusion, which for now probably is a smart, if not very satisfying, play,” Bodo writes. “He knows that keeping people guessing can be an asset, and at this stage of his career, he's going to reach for every advantage he can find.

“If this hiatus turns out to be a long one, stretching all the way to the French Open, it may end up feeling like an intermission preparing us for the final, absorbing act of an astonishing career.”

Henman Touts Murray and Federer as Djoko Challengers Great Britain’s Tim Henman says that Andy Murray and Roger Federer are “very close” to Novak Djokovic and could have a shot to stop him at some point this year in the majors, according to Eurosport. Nice of him to put papa Andy in the mix... Here’s a snippet:

"They can definitely challenge. Murray is at highest ranking in his career, he's No. 2 in the world. He's playing great tennis," the 41-year-old Henman told Reuters in an interview. "But obviously Djokovic is playing a little bit better at the moment. Roger was in the final of US Open last year and he was in the final of the Wimbledon last year. Djokovic stopped him in his quest to win more grand slams. ... They are still very, very close."

Australia’s Ash Barty Makes Winning Return: The 19-year-old, who left the game suddenly as a promising (Grand Slam winning) 17-year-old, has made a winning return on her home soil. She teamed up with Jessica Moore to win a round of doubles at the $25K Perth Challenger. More about Barty’s return from WTA Insider Courtney Nguyen here.

Milestone for Britain’s Broady: Missed this earlier in the week: Great Britain’s Naomi Broady has made her top-100 debut after winning the Dow Corning Challenger last week. You might know Naomi Broady for this little skirmish that happened down under in January.

Tignor Profiles Martina Hingis: Steve Tignor of Tennis.com put together a nice piece on the Swiss Miss, Martina Hingis. “Sixteen years into the 21st century, Hingis is like a former U.S. president who has become a senator later in life,” he writes. “She’s no longer the very best, but she’s still putting her unique skills to good use. She’s the one who still makes all of that “doubles stuff” worth watching.”

Tweet of the Day:

Woz has quite the following: Caroline Wozniacki reached the 1 million mark in Twitter followers, joining four other WTA Stars—Serena Williams, Sania Mirza, Maria Sharapova and Venus Williams. Do they give rankings points for followers?

Interested in what Christina McHale is eating these days? After a long day of tennis and fitness it’s important to refuel with healthy food. That’s something we can all learn from, even if we’re not playing pro-level tennis.

Sorry Snowbirds: Milos Raonic has withdrawn from Delray Beach with an adductor strain.

Masha Ailing: Maria Sharapova pulled out of Doha with stiffness in the left forearm.

Have a great day!
