Agnieszka Radwanska moved into the last four at the Shenzhen Open with a 6-3, 6-2 victory over China’s Qiang Wang on Thursday, holding in all nine service games and saving both break points she faced.

Radwanska has now won 20 of her last 24 WTA matches and could gran the No 4 ranking and 4th seed at the Australian Open if she reaches the final in Shenzhen.

The Pole will face either Katerina Siniakova or Anna Lena Friedsam in the semifinal.

Canada’s Eugenie Bouchard saw her two-match winning streak end with a 6-4, 6-4 loss to Hungary’s Timea Babos. Babos saved all five break points she faced and broke the Bouchard serve once in each set to prevail in on hour and 26 minutes.

Babos improves to 2-0 vs. Bouchard and will meet American Alison Riske in the semifinals.

Riske downed Estonia’s Annett Kontaveit, 6-1, 3-6, 6-3. The Pennsylvania native is one of three American women to have reached semifinals this week. Sloane Stephens made the last four in Auckland, while qualifier Samantha Crawford stunned Andrea Petkovic to reach the semis in Brisbane.
