The length of Andy Murray’s current winning streak against American men. The defending Wimbledon champion has also won three in a row against his Day 9 opponent, Sam Querrey, and seven of eight lifetime against the American.

Roger Federer is contesting his 100th match at Wimbledon today. When he takes the court against Canada’s Milos Raonic in the second match on Centre Court, Federer will become the second man in Wimbledon history to play 100 matches. Federer's current Wimbledon record stands at 88-11.

Novak Djokovic holds a 25-2 lifetime edge over Tomas Berdych ahead of their quarterfinal on Wednesday. The Serb has won the last 12 against the Czech, but the pair have split their two previous meetings on grass, both of which were played at Wimbledon. Berdych defeated Djokovic in the 2010 semifinal, while Djokovic returned the favor and defeated Berdych in the 2013 quarterfinal.

By defeating Germany’s Alexander Zverev in five sets on Day 7, Milos Raonic improved his five-set record at Wimbledon to 3-0. The Canadian is 6-6 in five-setters at the other three Grand Slams. On Wednesday Raonic will meet Roger Federer in a rematch of last year’s Wimbledon semifinal, won by the Canadian in dramatic fashion.

Number of today’s quarterfinalists that have reverted to serve-and-volley in over 15 percent of their service points at Wimbledon this year. Gilles Muller tops all remaining players in serve-and-volley frequency. The Luxembourgian has served-and-volleyed on 29 percent of his service points, winning 77 percent (122/158). Roger Federer has served and volleyed on 19 percent of his service points, while Milos Raonic has served and volleyed on 16 percent of his service points.
Of the three, Federer has won the highest percentage of serve and volley points won (79, 41/52).

Croatia’s Marin Cilic leads all remaining ATP players when it comes to winning second-serve return points. The 28-year-old has won 62 percent (81/130) of his second-serve return points, which has enabled him to rank third among the eight remaining quarterfinalists in return games won (33%). Only Murray (38%) and Djokovic (37%) have won a greater percentage of return games.

Luxembourg’s Gilles Muller will attempt to win back-to-back matches against the Top 10 for the first time on Wednesday when he meets Marin Cilic in today’s first quarterfinal on No.1 Court. Muller defeated No.2-seeded Rafael Nadal in the round of 16 on Monday, ending a 10-match losing streak against the Top 10 at the majors.

Novak Djokovic will bid to tie John McEnroe for fifth on Wimbledon’s all-time win list when he takes on Tomas Berdych on No.1 Court on Wednesday. The three-time champion is currently one Wimbledon win ahead of Andy Murray, toting an all-time record of 58-9 at the Championships. The Serb is also bidding to pass Jimmy Connors for second on the all-time Grand Slam semifinal list with 32. Roger Federer, who tops that list with 41 Grand Slam semifinals, will bid for No.42 today.

Nobody at Wimbledon has held his serve more effectively than Tomas Berdych. The 31-year-old has held serve in 77 of 80 service games (96%) and saved nine of 12 break points. Berdych has relied on a powerful first-serve, converting 84 percent of his first-serve points to top all quarterfinalists (Muller, Querrey and Cilic are tied for second in this category at 83% first-serve point conversion).

Sam Querrey is bidding to reach his first Grand Slam semifinal in his 42nd appearance at a major. If he is successful he will break the record for the most Grand Slams played prior to reaching the last four at a major. The record is currently held by Australia’s Mark Woodforde. Gilles Muller is bidding to reach his first major final in his 37th major today.
