Hugs were needed--and given on Day 6 in Paris, but not everybody went home unscathed. See more in our Twitter roundup.

Day 6 of Roland Garros brought us another very bad injury, another tearjerker moment and lots of random craziness on Twitter. What else is now. Jump down to see the top tweets of the day.

1. Johnny Mac gets us started with this pic of himself and Milos Raonic after a bender. Wait, we’re hearing this was not after a bender—it was simply a BNP Paribas promo. Sorry for the misinformation. But wouldn’t this picture be better with a bottle of whiskey in it?

2. Birds of a feather flock together. Tennis players and pigeons? Huh?

3. Are you telling me that more than one player had the idea to point at their head in tennis? Okay, then there it is. Stan gets ownership on the men’s side, and Kiki can have ownership on the women’s side. How’s that?

4. Aussie Sam Stosur weighs in on Margaret Court after her third-round win on Friday.

5. Dominic Thiem and Juan Martin del Potro should seriously start their own greeting card company. They are both so wonderfully sensitive. Why can’t all men be like this? (asking for a friend)

6. In this CNN video we find that Petra Kvitova basically has no feeling in two of her fingers. So brave of her to be back in the game.

7. File under: Worst nightmare. David Goffin’s Roland Garros is cut short as he suffers a serious injury while sliding into the tarp at the back of the court.

8. An excellent point from the fiery Yulia Putintseva. She fell to Garbiñe Muguruza in straights, but she put lots of pressure on the Spaniard early.

9. Feli Lopez is one of the leanest men in the history of the world, and eating ice cream is a nightly tradition? Damn, we want his metabolism!

10. Maria Sharapova stops by Evian and plays some grass-court tennis with a giant racquet. Why not?

11. (Because this one goes to 11) And now we find out that Andre Agassi has been coaching Novak Djokovic for free. Hmm…
