The first seven days of the U.S. Open featured too much good stuff. And we are only half way through the fortnight! Here’s some of the good stuff we saw on social over Saturday and Sunday.

1. Sam Querrey played one of the best matches we’ve ever seen on Sunday night at Arthur Ashe Stadium. And yes, it inspired GIFs like these.

2. Svetlana Kuznetsova and her sweet pup Dolce enjoy some well-deserved time off.

3. This is from last week but we just saw it and had to post.

4. After Denis Shapovalov’s departure on Day 7, Andrey Rublev is the youngest player let in the men’s singles draw.

5. On Sunday we celebrated Andre Agassi’s last professional match, and the most heartfelt retirement of all time.

6. Andrea Petkovic prowls around NYC latenight. She’s so cool isn’t she?

7. Last chance to see that graceful, athletic backhand of Denis Shapovalov. He lost to Pablo Carreno Busta in straight on Day 7.

8. Bethanie Mattek-Sands is going to get some people in trouble with this game. Lots of laughs, though!

9. Jelena Ostapenko leaves no doubt. She’s not good friends with Daria Kasatkina.

10. Well, after watching this handshake, we kind of figured.
