Becker feels bad for Tiger Woods

(December 24, 2009) Tennis great Boris Becker says he sympathizes with Tiger Woods, who is taking an indefinite break from golf after admitting to infidelity.

According to the Bild newspaper, the German said during a taping of the "Beckmann" TV show he was surprised by the "dimensions and frequency" of Woods' alleged affairs.

As far as the controversy goes, the 42-year-old Becker says he "experienced the same thing, and can sympathize with him."

Becker has two sons with his former wife, Barbara, and a daughter from a brief relationship with a London-based model. He married Lilly Kerssenberg this year, and they are now expecting a child.
