Brooklyn's Best: Decker Named Best Summer Body

(July 23, 2010) Brooklyn's the best summer body in the land.
Brooklyn Decker, the 23-year-old model wife of Andy Roddick, has been named Best Summer Body by Women's Health Magazine.
Decker, who graced the cover of the annual Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue, beat out Jessica Alba for the top spot. The rest of the top 10 featured Twilight's Ashley Greene, Disney High School Musical darling Vanessa Hudgens, actress Jessica Biel, singers Carrie Underwood and Katy Perry and Lauren Conrad, Jennifer Aniston and Kim Kardashian.
"All of this year's finalists have a deep commitment to working out, staying fit and eating smart," David Zinczenko, editor-in-chief of Men's Health and editorial director of Women's Health said in a statement. "They have a variety of workout regimes from Pilates and yoga to boxing and weight training, kayaking and hiking to training for marathons. They've worked hard to achieve and maintain their amazing bodies."
Decker said she keeps fit by training an hour a day five days a week. She alternates running, spinning and the eliptical machine with weight training. Tennis is not a part of her weekly workout regimen though Decker and Roddick did some kayaking together in Hawaii while she was filming the movie Just Go With It.
