Garrigues and Kuznetsova Headline in Morocco This Week

Svetlana Kuznetsova - 2012 Fed Cup Semi-Finals(April 22nd, 2012) Some familiar names in the WTA will be testing their clay court games for the first time this season as they compete in the Grand Prix de Sar La Princesse Lalla Meryem event this week in Fes, Morocco.

No. 1 seed
Anabel Medina Garrigues continues to hold the most clay court titles of any active player and she will be looking to add to her collection in Fes, an event that she won in 2009 and was runner up in 2008. Last year's surprise champion Alberta Brianti is also back seeking to defend her title.

No. 2 seed
Svetlana Kuznetsova will be hoping to get her clay court season off to a good start as she seeks her first title since winning Carlsbad back in 2010. No. 3 seed Petra Cetkovska and No. 4 seed Yanina Wickmayer round out the top seeds.

Fes is a WTA International tournament with $37,000 US going to the winner along with 280 ranking points.
