Tomas Berdych (February 23rd, 2013) -- A battle of top ten titans will be in order tomorrow at the Open 13 event in Marseille as both Tomas Berdych and Jo-Wilfried Tsonga eased their way through their semifinal matches.

Berdych faced off first against qualifier Dimitry Tursunov who posted impressive wins en route to the final four this week. But his run came to a crashing halt against Berdych who didn't drop a point on his serve early on in the first set.

With 15 winners and serving 94% for the set, Berdych wrapped up a 6-2 first set.

It got even easier for Berdych in the second set as he jumped out to a 4-0 lead thanks to a mistimed backhand from Tursunov. Tursunov managed to win one more game as Berdych cruised to a 6-2, 6-1 win.

Waiting for Berdych will be Tsonga who won the battle of local favorites in his semi against countryman Gilles Simon.

Tsonga broke Simon four times in their match and ran away with a 6-2, 6-2 win in just over an hour.

Berdych and Tsonga now meet in tomorrow's finals with the Czech holding a 4-1 head to head lifetime advantage against the Frenchman. Tsonga's last win over Berdych was in 2011 back in London at the ATP World Tour Finals.
