Sam Querrey Davis Cup (March 26th, 2013) -- World No. 1 Novak Djokovic was announced as part of the team Serbia will field against the U.S. when the two countries face off in the Davis Cup quarterfinals next month.

Djokovic will be joined by Viktor Troicki along with Ilija Bozoijac and doubles specialist Nenad Zimonjic.

As expected, the U.S will be lead by new American No. 1 Sam Querrey along with No. 2 John Isner. Bob and Mike Bryan will once again be the go-to doubles team.

“This team fought hard in the first round against Brazil and we expect a stern challenge when we face the Serbians in the quarterfinals," said Captain Jim Courier, who is in his third year as U.S. Davis Cup captain. "We are excited to bring the Davis Cup team to Boise for the first time and I expect a full house with enthusiastic crowd support for the home team.”

The tie in Boise on April 5-7th will be just the second meeting between the two teams with Serbia having won the first time in a World Group first round back in 2010. Serbia is one of only three countries to have a winning record against the U.S.

Isner said in Miami that's he's looking forward to the contest and traveling to Boise for the first time.

“I’ve never been there before but I hear it’s great,” he said. “I hope Boise comes out and packs the house. I’ve been playing Davis Cup for quite a while and this is only my second home tie so it’s a good one to look forward to.”

The winner of this tie will meet the winner of the Canada/Italy tie to be held in Vancouver.

The other two World Group quarterfinals will feature Argentina playing at home against France while defending champions Czech Republic will travel away to face Kazakhstan.
