Top seed Agnieszka Radwanska battled back from dropping the first set to secure her 13th career title at the KDB Korea Open on Saturday.

Facing No. 3 seed Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova of Russia in Saturday's finals, Radwanska traded early breaks with Pavlyuchenkova in the opening set. Pavlyuchenkova served for the set up 5-4 but found herself broken by Radwanska in the next game.

The first set resulted in a close tiebreak that Pavlyuchenkova finally won seven points to six after over an hour of play.

But Radwanska secured an early break of serve in the second set and didn't let go of her lead as she took the set 6-3 and soon leveled the match.

Both players stayed close with each other in the final set for eight games. But it was Radwanska who broke Pavlyuchenkova while the Russian was serving to stay in the match at 4-5. Radwanska soon claimed the 6-7(6), 6-3, 6-4 victory after nearly three hours.

Seoul marks the third title of the season for Radwanska who last won in Sydney at the start of the year.

"Especially after a great match, almost three hours of great tennis at a really high level, of course I'm very happy," Radwanska said to WTA.com. "And at the end of the third set I think I was playing a little bit more aggressively than she was, and I managed to win a couple more points than her in the end."

The doubles title was won by Chin-Wei Chan and Yi-Fan Xu who upset top seeds and defending champions Raquel Kops-Jones and Abigail Spears 7-5, 6-3.
