Radwanska Wins No. 300 in Dubai

(February 21st, 2012) Though she's on the cusp of turning 23, Poland's Agnieszka Radwanska reached another milestone today by earning her 300th career victory at the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships.
Radwanska, despite winning the first set easily over Canada's Aleksandra Wozniak, struggled in the windy conditions and found herself down 3-5 in the final set before Radwanska regained the momentum to earn a 6-1, 6-7, 7-5 victory.
"The first match is always a tricky one, so I'm very happy I could come back in the third set, get through it and win the match," Radwanksa told WTA.com
Other winners today included Ana Ivanovic who overcame a last minute charge by Francesca Schiavone to win 6-1, 7-5, Daniela Hantuchova who barely scraped past Polona Hercog 1-6, 7-5, 7-6 and Shuai Peng who upset No. 6 seed Marion Bartoli, last week's semifinalist in Doha, 6-4, 6-3.
