Even though Maria Sharapova has been taken off the court by a bout with shoulder bursitis, the World No. 3 has been keeping herself plenty busy. Earlier this week she stopped by the Larry King Show to do an interview, speaking about her shoulder injury, when she plans to return, what she does for fun, whether or not she's gotten engaged to Grigor Dimitrov, and, of course, Sugarpova.

At one point Larry King asks “Is mental a big part of the game?” Talk about hitting one to Sharapova's sweet spot. “Absolutely,” she replies. “I think that's won me many more matches than anything else in my career.” King Continues to hit to Sharapova's strike zone: “You've out thought your opponent?”

"No I've just stayed tougher than them,” says Sharapova.

During a section where King reads social media questions from readers, Sharapova says she'd like to return for the WTA Championships in Istanbul, but she isn't making any promises. “That's my goal," she says. "I really wanted to finish at that tournament this year, but I also want to heal my shoulder. It's gonna take as much time as it needs, bursitis is a bit tricky because there's not much you can do for it, except to wait 'til it gets better.”

Some other tidbits from the social media questions:

Is she getting married to Grigor Dimitrov? "I'm not getting married... not that I know of."

Is she interested in acting? “That takes a lot of time. I don't know if I'm good at it.”

What will you do when you leave tennis? “I don't want to think about that because I still believe I have so many years ahead of me.”

What's your favorite cheese? “Either a goat cheese or a sheep's milk cheese.”

Maria tweeted the following to commemorate her appearance on the show:
