Statisfaction: Federer's win over Benneteau at Wimbledon

Julien Benneteau

in the third round of Wimbledon,
which pushed the world No. 3 to five sets

6-16: Federer's all-time record in Grand Slam events when trailing two sets to none. He's lost in three sets 12 times when down 0-2.
6-1: Federer's all-time record in Grand Slam events when he loses the first two sets, then wins the next two. His only loss under these conditions came to Rafael Nadal in the 2008 Wimbledon final, 4-6, 4-6, 7-6(5), 7-6(8), 7-9.
May 30, 2004: The last time Federer lost to an opponent ranked outside the Top 20 in a Grand Slam event. The tournament was Roland Garros and the opponent was No. 30 Gustavo Kuerten, who trounced the No.1 Swiss in straight sets, 6-4, 6-4, 6-4 in the third round.
