Statisfaction: Roger Federer's 21 Masters 1000 Titles

(August 19, 2012) -- Roger Federer tied Rafael Nadal when he earned his 21st Masters 1000 title at the Western and Southern Open in Cincinnati on Sunday with a 6-0, 7-6(7) victory.

A closer look at Federer's successful Masters finals reveals that Novak Djokovic isn't the only player to get bageled by Federer in a Masters final -- the serb joins James Blake, Fernando Gonzalez and Rafael Nadal on that list -- but he is the first player to get bageled by Federer in the first set.

Cincinnati is special for Federer, becuase it's the only Masters shield that he's won five times. He owns four Hamburgs and four Indian Wells as well. In total, Federer has been to 33 Masters finals and he's the only player to have participated in finals at all nine of the current Masters events.
