(July 25, 2013) -- She's only 18 years old, and hasn't completely grown into to her big bones, but Madison Keys is already putting up some impressive serving numbers in her first full year on tour.

The world No. 44 is in the top 10 in five of six serving statistics archived by the WTA on a regular basis, and the sixth—1st serve percentage—is largely considered to have the least significant correlation with wins and losses on the tour.
Keys is sixth in aces, seventh in first-serve points won, seventh in second-serve points won, third in service games won and sixth in break points saved.
At just 18, and being relatively inexperienced on the WTA tour, Keys is sure to improve on those numbers decidedly over the next few years. If she can manage to pick up her rather pedestrian return numbers as well, she's destined to be a top player for years to come.
