Rafael Nadal needed four match points to finally defeat Pablo Andjuar on Saturday in Rio. See it here.

Rafael Nadal has now won 49 straight clay-court semifinals after taking down Spain's Pablo Andujar, 2-6, 6-3, 7-6(10) in the semifinals of the Rio Open today.

But the 13-time Grand Slam had to work to keep his run of clay-court victories in tact. Nadal needed to save two match points and then had to suffer a bit as his first three match points against the fiery Andujar went begging.

Finally, after two hours and 46 minutes, Nadal notched the rugged victory.
