(April 14th, 2012) Local favorite Caroline Wozniacki will hope to three-peat as the champion of the e-Boks Open when she faces Germany's Angelique Kerber in tomorrow's finals.

Top seed Wozanacki had little trouble against Croatia's Petra Martic. Despite Martic going up an early break in the first set, Wozniacki was able to break right back and from there steamrolled her way to taking the first set with an ace.

Wozniacki went up an early break in the second set and though Martic battled, including tossing in some almost magical drop shot winners, her feather-like touch wasn't enough to disrupt Wozniacki who went ahead to claim a 6-3, 6-2 win.

Facing Wozniacki will be No. 2 seed Angelique Kerber  who had little trouble dispatching of No. 3 seed Jelena Jankovic 6-2, 6-1 in a match that saw Kerber not be broken for the entire 78-minute affair.

Wozniacki leads the overall head to head 2 to 0, with Wozniacki winning their last meeting in the round of 16 in Copenhagen last year. Kerber is into her second final of the year having won the Paris Indoors earlier in February.
