Mardy Fish has been playing very well on court and it is no coincidence. It was 11 months ago when Fishunderwent surgery on his creaky knees, hired a nutritionist to cook all his meals. Eliminating pizza and his favorite junk foods from his diet, Fish did not eat meals after 8 o'clock at night and with the help of wife Stacey Gardner, the former Deal Or No Deal spokes model and an attorney, and nutritionist Christian LoCasio, Fish dropped 30 pounds. This video was all in fun, Jenny Craig style!

Venus Williams won the 2000 and 2001 US Open and was the runner-up in 2002 where she lost to her sister, Serena Williams. With her sister gone in 2010, will she take the 2010 WTA Singles Title at the US Open?

Caroline Wozniacki put her foot strongly in the tennis door after making it to the US Open finals last year to fight US Open Champion Kim Clijsters. Though she lost, it hasn't hurt her confidence on court this year. Will she be the victor in 2010?
