An adductor injury has forced Richard Gasquet out of Estoril.

The 34-year-old Frenchman withdrew from the Estoril Open prior to today's scheduled match vs. second-seeded Cristian Garin, who takes a walkover in the quarterfinals.

Gasquet beat Juan Ignacio Londero in his Estoril opener on Tuesday, but could not post today.

Garin will play Cameron Norrie for a semifinal spot.

Earlier, the left-handed Briton beat Spanish qualifier Pedro Martinez 4-6, 7-6(1), 7-5.
