Bouzkova, Udvardy Will Play for Bogota Title

Top seed Marie Bouzkova of Czechia will face Hungary’s Panna Udvardy for the Bogota title on Sunday.

Bouzkova scored a 7-6(5) 6-2 win over Jazmin Ortenza of Argentina, while Udvardy outlasted home hope Emiliana Arango, 6-7(6) 6-3 7-6(5).

Bouzkova has yet to drop a set this week in Colombia.

92nd-ranked Udvardy will bid for her first career title, while 26th-ranked Bouzkova is bidding for her third.

Arango served for the win twice in the final set but Udvardy would not let an opportunity to reach her first career final slip away.
