Next up for Zheng is a quarterfinal clash vs. World No. 63 Maria Camila Osorio Serrano.
The 19-year-old Colombian backed up her upset of top-seeded Elina Svitolina yesterday by defeating Mayar Sherif 6-4, 6-2, today.
In an epic afternoon battle, Begu out-dueled Donna Vekic 4-6, 6-2, 7-6(4) in a marathon match that spanned nearly three hours.
