Roger Federer faces Jarkko Nieminen in his opening match of the TEB BNP Paribas Istanbul Open today.
Federer has been a man in motion throughout the inaugural Istanbul Open.

He started the week practicing with Grigor Dimitrov, hit the player party on Monday night and took time out to conduct a clinic for kids on stadium court.
“I saw the pictures before I came here and I was hoping it was going to be like this, so I’m happy it’s as pretty as it is and I’m really enjoying myself," Federer said of his first trip to the Turkish city. "I hope it’s going to be a nice long week and I hope it’s a lot of matches and I stay here as long as possible.”
