Australia’s Ashleigh Barty is officially a card-carrying member of the WTA’s Top 10. The 22-year-old enters at No.9 on Monday on the heels of winning her biggest career title at the Miami Open over the weekend. Barty took out Karolina Pliskova 7-6(1) 6-3 for the title on Miami on Saturdy.

Barty becomes the first Aussie woman to rank inside the top 10 since Sam Stosur in 2013.

Also rising to career-high rankings were Estonia’s Anett Kontaveit, who climbs to No.14 after reaching the semi-finals in Miami, and Marketa Vondrousova, who rises 16 spots to No.43 after reaching back-to-back quarter-finals at Indian Wells and Miami.

Holland’s Kiki Bertens also reaches a career-high. The Dutchwoman rises two spots to No.6 in the world, which means that five players are currently within 1,000 points of World No. 1 Naomi Osaka in the current rankings.

Bertens is tenth in the WTA’s Race to Shenzhen standings, which are led by Petra Kvitova. Barty climbed seven spots to land at No.4 in the Race. Here are the current Top 10 after Miami.

On the flipside of things, Victoria Azarenka drops 21 spots to No.67 after failing to defend semi-final points from last season. Jelena Ostapenka, a runner-up last year in Miami, drops from 23 to 31 after losing in second-round action to Marketa Vondrousova.

Canada’s Bianca Andreescu rises one spot to a new career-high of 23 after reaching the round of 16 at Miami. The Canadian is currently fifth in the Race to Shenzhen.
