The World Team Tennis league will have a whole new look this summer, with four marquee players joining the mix along with the three relocated franchises.

The biggest name to join the league, which plays twice a week during the US Open Series in July and August each year, is WTA No. 2 Victoria Azarenka, who was selected by the Philadelphia Freedoms in the 2014 Marquee Player Draft on Wednesday.

"This is a landmark day for our franchise and our owner, Billie Jean King, as we bring such a world-class player as Vika Azarenka to Philadelphia," Philadelphia GM Barbara Perry said in a press release on Wednesday.

Two other leading ladies will play in the WTT for the first time - Australian Open finalist Daniela Hantuchova was selected by the San Diego Aviators and retired Wimbledon champion Marion Bartoli will play for the Austin Aces. The Springfield Lasers added former No. 4 ATP player James Blake, who retired last season.
