Kitty Cat Steals Show During Vinci-Buyukakcay Match in Doha


Roberta Vinci and Cagla Buyukakcay’s match was spontaneously interrupted by a kitty cat in the waning moments of the first set on Wednesday in Doha. That brought out the cat calls on Twitter, naturally. Here’s a sampling of the first—and best—responders to the feline intrusion.



Vinci went on to notch the 7-5, 6-1 victory, and afterwards she spoke about what it was like to have a visit from a cat on set point.

Vinci moves on to face to face Agnieszka Radwanska in the quarterfinals.
