Venus Williams took a loss on the court Monday in the first round of the Australian Open, and looks like she'll be taking one in the Los Angeles real estate market as well.

Williams has put her exclusive hilltop Hollywood Hills home on the market for $1.799 million, a full $100,000 less than she paid for it in 2005. The home is in Nichols Canyon, which traverses between two legendary locations - Hollywood Boulevard and Mullholand Drive.

Just 1,528 square feet, the home has three bedrooms, two baths, an updated kitchen and a wine refrigerator.
You don't have to worry about where Venus will crash after the house hits the market, however. She co-owns an 8,478 square foot house with sister Serena in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, which has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
