It must be fun being Dustin Brown.

Even when Brown loses points, he often wins style points.

Case in point, watch Dreddy dazzle in Bastad today hitting a pair of side-spinning droppers, racing forward for a gorgeous sliding lob then running back to the baseline to tomahawk an over-the-shoulder shot.

On his final strike, Brown appeared to be contemplating the tweener before opting for tomahawk.

Still, Aljaz Bedene stayed the course to win a compelling point.

Brown beat the sixth-seeded Bedene, 6-3, 6-7 (5), 6-3, to reach the Swedish Open quarterfinals. Brown punctuated the win with an entertaining post-match interview, too.

Bidding for his first semifinal since Montpellier in February, Brown will play David Ferrer in the quarterfinals. The top-seeded Spaniard was a 3-6, 7-5, 6-3 victor over 378th-ranked French qualifier Calvin Hemery.
