Royalty Will Attend Wimbledon Final

The Duchess of Cambridge will watch the Grand Slam queen play for history.

Avid tennis fan and recreational player Kate Middleton will be in the royal box for tomorrow's Wimbledon ladies' final between Serena Williams and Angelique Kerber.

The Duchess and husband Prince William will attend the men's final on Sunday.

Williams is aiming to equal Margaret Court's all-time record by winning her 24th Grand Slam singles crown tomorrow.

"If there was a Wimbledon royalty, I would like to believe I would be Wimbledon royalty because I've done pretty well here in the past," the 36-year-old Williams said. "I am a member, so that kind of counts. I don't know. There's word on the street [the Duchess is attending]."
