Life on the pro circuit can feel like a rollercoaster.

Genie Bouchard is enjoying the ride.

The 2014 Wimbledon finalist trip on top of the Glacier 3000 in Gstaad ahead of her opening-round match against Swiss Timea Bacsinszky today at the Ladies Championship Gstaad.

Bouchard took some selfies and video atop the mountain then went downhill fast riding the alpine coaster.

"It's crazy," Bouchard said. "I basically did a roller coaster on top of the mountain. It's the alpine coaster and it went much faster than I expected that I was actually scared at some moments."

The 24-year-old Montreal native, who has joined forces with famed coach Robert Lansdorp, is taking a different path to try to revive her results.

"I've never actually played a clay-court tournament after Wimbledon so this is my first time," Bouchard said. "I played a Challenger last week and it didn't go so well. So I'm trying to transition into the clay a little better this week and just trying to practie a lot. It's helping."
