Petra Martic jumps 30 spots in this week’s WTA rankings, to No.55, thanks to her second career title. The 31-year-old Croatian won in Lausanne, defeating Olga Danilovic, jumps from 85 to 55.
Aleksandra Krunic, who fell to Bernarda Pera in the Budapest final, also jumps 30 spots, from 105 to 75.
But nobody in the WTA’s top-100 jumped more than Pera herself. The American climbs 49 spots to No.81 in the world after claiming her maiden title at the Hungarian Grand Prix. She is the fourth woman to win a title from qualifying in 2022.
Anastasia Potapova, who reached the semis at Lausanne, climbs 16 spots to a career-high 63, while China’s Wang Xiyu also hits a career-high. The southpaw climbs eight spots to No.94 after reaching the quarterfinals at Budapest, where she knocked off top-seeded Barbora Krejcikova.

American Jessica Pegula climbed to No.7 - a new career-high.
Danilovic rises 18 spots to 106 after reaching the Lausanne final.
Switzerland’s Simona Waltert rises 18 spots to 136 after reaching the quarterfinals in Lausanne.
Russia’s Erika Andreeva rises 16 spots to 137 after reaching the round of 16 at Lausanne from qualifying (she recorded her first WTA main draw win).
