Following his history-making ninth title on the terre battue of Roland Garros, Nike decided to honor Rafael Nadal in a unique, never-before-seen way. Rather than commemorative shoes, jackets or even hashtags, this signature tennis sponsor decided to go in another direction to celebrate the Spaniard's achievement.
Nike created a life-like statue of the "King of Clay" himself out of his beloved Parisian clay. Check out the full size photo below.
